A leading multinational in the healthcare and medical device industry is expanding its presence in Malaysia. We are looking for a capable and driven professional to join the Customer Service team within the Vision Care division. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment is highly organised and committed to delivering a high standard of service to both internal teams and external is a key role with scope for leadership or team collaboration depending on your experience level. You will be part of a team that handles the full cycle of customer service from order management to complaint.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders received through multiple channels including email phone WhatsApp and internal sales teams
Ensure accuracy in system order entry and follow through to delivery
Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and complaints escalating when necessary
Coordinate closely with warehouse finance and third-party logistics providers to resolve returns rejections and other operational issues
Manage stock fulfilment and oversee billing processes for distributor orders
Log and monitor customer complaints to ensure timely and effective resolution
Ensure all activities comply with company SOPs and GDPMD standards
Support team coordination efforts performance monitoring and service improvement initiatives when needed
Take on ad-hoc tasks and cross-functional collaboration opportunities
Minimum 2 4 years of relevant customer service or order management experience
Candidates with leadership experience or the ability to supervise and drive team performance will be strongly considered
Strong communication problem-solving and coordination skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field
