Tasks

What you will do:

• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Oversee the processing of employee payroll data.
• Verify and reconcile employee data including wages hours worked and deductions.
• Assist in calculating and filing payroll taxes.
• Provide support to employees on payrollrelated issues and problems.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 2 years of experience in payroll or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of French labor and tax law.
• Ability to work with payroll systems and related software.
• Excellent communication skills in French and Portuguese or English both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information ethically.
• Payrollrelated certifications or training are a plus.
