Tasks
What you will do:
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Oversee the processing of employee payroll data.
- Verify and reconcile employee data including wages hours worked and deductions.
- Assist in calculating and filing payroll taxes.
- Provide support to employees on payrollrelated issues and problems.
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 2 years of experience in payroll or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of French labor and tax law.
- Ability to work with payroll systems and related software.
- Excellent communication skills in French and Portuguese or English both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information ethically.
- Payrollrelated certifications or training are a plus.
