Scrum Master

DBServices helps to design develop and support digital platforms for large and midsized companies in ITC Banking Retail Government Health and other industries in Europe and Americas.

Tasks

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective.
• Coach and guide the team on Agile principles and practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and remove impediments to the teams progress to ensure successful sprint delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Monitor team performance and metrics to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master preferably in Salesforce projects.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Scrum Master in a Salesforce project is mandatory.
• Great capacity to work in autonomy and make things happen in an agile way.
  Indepth understanding of Agile methodologies and principles with practical experience implementing Agile practices in software development projects.
• Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is highly recommended.
• Fluent in English is mandatory (Portuguese or French are nice to have).
• Experience working on the SAFe framework is a big plus.
• Work on a location with CET timezone.
• Once a quarter mandatory travel to Lyon or Lisbon.
