RPA LeadArchitect

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or relevant field with a Masters degree strongly preferred.
• 5 years of experience in RPA development and delivery with a deep understanding of automation technologies and handson experience with RPA platforms (UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism etc).
• Experience in building complex digital automation solutions and frameworks with a proven track record of delivering scalable and highly resilient applications.
• Strong programming skills in at least one modern programming language as well as experience with database technologies and SQL.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and project management tools (JIRA Scrum etc).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical solutions to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience in mentoring team members and guiding technical or functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues in complex IT environments.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and provide innovative solutions to complex problems
