This is a dynamic opportunity in a fastgrowing and multitechnology Data and AI focused services company driven by sales targets. We are seeking for a team player customercentric selfmotivated and responsible individual who can work under pressure with a positive attitude. You have been achieving your sales targets consistently and possess experience to generate business opportunities build sales pipeline manage and handle RFPs/ RFIs prepare client presentations and convert opportunities into winning bids.
As Senior Account Executive/ Sr. Sales Rep at Kanerika it s essential that you have the breadth of knowledge to execute the full sales cycle process: prospecting presenting negotiating and most importantly closing.
You must be expert in using any one or more sales strategies across MEDDIC MEDDPIC Sandler or Challenger etc. and hunter by nature to acquire new logos.
You must possess very strong written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to think conceptually and pragmatically; capable of communicating with senior executives and becoming a trusted advisor on Kanerika services and solutions. You possess a strong work ethic positive attitude and enthusiasm to embrace new challenges. You can multitask and prioritize (good time management skills) willing to display and learn. You should be able to work independently with less or no supervision. You should be processoriented have a methodical approach and demonstrate a qualityfirst approach.
You will be responsible for US sales therefore it is expected that you will be working in US shifts as job requires.

Acquire new Logo
Build and grow the enterprise business pipeline. Acquire new clients and build the enterprise business pipeline in designated territories.
Generate leads through cold and warm calls network outreach and partnerships. Negotiate and deliver agreed sales targets.
Collaborate with global teams to maximize sales conversions.
Manage complex sales cycles which include prospecting qualifying strategizing and closing transactions.
Endtoend ownership through the sales cycle including stakeholder management timelines and overall quality of proposals/ presentations.
Convert the criticaltoquality (CTQs) of clients into a winning theme.
Create technical business and commercial solutions that address client CTQs and optimize the competitive strengths of the organization.
Prepare proposal defense presentations.
Achieve predefined and agreed targets for sales revenue.
MBA in Sales and Marketing from premier Institue.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT services consulting or digital transformation sales
Successfully sold enterprise software services/solutions to US Fortune 1000 companies
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota (consistent top 20% performer)
Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach with a focus on building relationships with clients.
Bachelor s or master s degree in business economics marketing or a related field
An overall understanding of the technology areas like data analytics automation and system integration using the latest technologies.
Ability to articulate value proposition and differentiation.
