We are currently seeking a dedicated and proficient individual to join our team as a Pork Cutter in Oslo. The ideal candidate will adhere to workplace safety and hygiene regulations maintain cleanliness of the workspace and should be committed to delivering only best quality pork cuts. Prior experience in the field is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate butcher equipment such as knives saws wrapping machines safely.
• Carry out precise cutting and trimming of pork according to standard specifications.
• Ensure sanitation regulations are followed to maintain a clean working environment.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in a largescale butchery or similar environment.
• Proficient knowledge of pork preparation methods and variety of cuts.
• Strong manual dexterity for handling cutting tools effectively.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Physical strength to handle heavy equipment.
