Who we are:

DoMore Diagnostics is a Norwegian startup on a mission to make personalized cancer treatment simple fast and accessible. We are a global leader in deep learning precision diagnostics in digital pathology based on top international research at Oslo University Hospital. We take a groundbreaking approach to predict outcomes for cancer patients by applying artificial intelligence algorithms to digitized images of tumor samples. The novel algorithms will help oncologists (cancer doctors) to better choose the right treatment for each patient.

We are now looking for a dedicated organized and collaborative Product Manager to join our team and help ensure we deliver topquality software solutions to support healthcare professionals treating cancer patients worldwide.

What youll do:

  • Initiate and lead internal and external product development projects using agile methodology ensuring a clear plan of deliverables for the company and developers.
  • Facilitate commercial launch and deployment to customers.
  • Ensure the customer perspective in product implementation across regulatory quality clinical reimbursement and software development interfaces.
  • Develop customer and market insights and translate them into strategic frameworks and actionable plans.
  • Support regulatory and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and QA frameworks.
  • Engage in customer dialogue on product and technical issues collaborating with the commercial/operations team.
  • Assist in technical customer support.
  • Foster discussions and collaborations with product/tech partners on platform integrations and other topics.

Who we are looking for:

  • A driven creative and flexible team player eager to shape the future of cancer treatment globally.
  • An individual who finds joy in leadership and innovative product development.
  • Experience in managing product/software development and commercialization processes in consulting small or large companies.
  • Familiarity with cloudbased product development and API development.
  • Experience with methodologies and project management tools.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey information facilitate collaboration and ensure clarity in all interactions with team members customers and partners.
  • Experience with Medical Device/In Vitro Diagnostics products or other regulated products is preferred.
  • A passion for creating userfriendly and functional products.
  • A Bachelors or a Masters degree in technology science or business.

About the employer

DoMore Diagnostics uses artificial intelligence to make personalized treatment decisions simple and accessible for all cancer patients. Its unique digital biomarkers predict patient outcomes from routine tumor tissue slides and can be seamlessly integrated into pathologists existing workflow. The lead product Histotype Px Colorectal is a CEIVDD marked outcome prediction marker for stage II and III colorectal adenocarcinoma that informs the decision of whether to provide adjuvant chemotherapy following surgical resection of the tumor.

The company has made significant progress since it started operations in October 2021. The company today has 5 employees with the main focus on bringing the colorectal cancer algorithm to the market. The company is backed by the wellrenowned investors Norselab and yvind Grotmol and was recently awarded the European Innovation Councils (EIC) Accelerator award Europes most prestigious funding program for startups and SMEs.
