Tasks

What you will be doing:

  • Contract management and subscription management in CRM
  • Manage accounts receivable: invoicing, billing validation, dunning, tele-dunning, incasso
  • Manage accounts payable: justification, account assignment, processing, managing approval flows as well as payment flows
  • Manage and monitor ERP-CRM systems integration designed to automate recurring billing, collections, and subscription metrics, ensuring the correct data for invoicing requirements
  • Monthly creation of the accounts receivable 'Dashboard'
  • Implementation of a positive feedback loop for paid bills
  • Supporting the implementation and testing of new products and the associated follow-up processes
  • Continuous increase of productivity of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes intrinsically linked to the cash forecasting process
  • Supporting our Financial Analyst in the reporting cycle, annual budgets, and monthly/quarterly forecasting processes
  • Perform regular audit activities of financial data
  • Support automate and streamline reporting / analytical processes
  • Maintaining ERP-system (Netsuite)

Requirements

What we will love about you:

  • Professional training in accounting in order to perform tasks professionally and independently
  • Advanced practical experience of 3-5 years, ideally in a similar environment
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office products (especially Excel)
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal. German is a big plus
  • You are a self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • You are a problem solver, show judgment and straightforward solution proposals with a good level of flexibility
  • You are able to pick up knowledge on the processes within the team and organisation, you are organised and reliable
  • You are experienced with operational management of end-to-end processes or sub-processes
  • You feel accountable for your results and are constantly thinking about improving processes to support your stakeholders
  • You manage your workload, tasks, and responsibilities in an independent and reliable manner
  • You are a strong communicator and adapt your communication to your stakeholder, you show empathy and are able to aim for solutions that work for all stakeholders involved
