- Assistant Outlet Operation Manageralways checks appearance, including complete uniform, nametag, polished shoes, perfect grooming and readiness to perform job.
- Assistant Outlet Operation Managersupervise discipline, punctually, daily service procedures and checks schedule including cases of leave, illness, accident vacation etc. In addition, he/she will also check time cards and attendance sheet of his/her outlet.
- Assistant Outlet Operation Managerinspects physical conditions of furniture and lighting fixtures, and he ensures prompt and appropriate repair together with proper maintenance of the above.
- Assistant Outlet Operation Managerchecks and sets music, lights and air conditioning of his/her outlet.
- Assistant Outlet Operation Managerchecks general mise-en-place, table set-up, service station and all pantries. He/she also checks par stocks (material and beverages) and takes immediate action if they are discrepancies.
- Assistant Outlet Operation Manageris responsible for all functions inside the outlet to ensure proper organization (establishes and distributes Service duties) timing, proper table and buffet set up, makes scheduling for all restaurant staff.
- Assistant Outlet Operation Managerreports any accident to the Outlet Operation Managerwithout delay. He will take personal care of guest’s complaints if situations call for it ultimately; he will report any such situation, along with eventual guests suggestions to the Outlet Operation Manager.
- Assistant Outlet Operation Managerprovides special attention to all V.I.P. guests as well as to all M.I.P.
- Assistant Outlet Operation Manageris responsible for assuring that the standard of cleanliness are being maintained in all areas.
