The Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for reviewing incoming contracts from the sales team extracting all technical and commercial requirements and registering projects on the system with continuous updates. The role includes preparing detailed and accurate shop drawings using AutoCAD in accordance with project specifications as well as issuing material requisitions and ensuring all documents align with contractual requirements.
The candidate will also coordinate tasks across teams using a project management system follow up on timelines and ensure timely delivery of drawings and documentation. Close collaboration with sales technical office and site teams is essential to maintain smooth project execution.

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
Good command of English
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings
Good Microsoft Office and computer skills
Strong reporting and analytical skills
Good typing speed and ability to work efficiently on systems
Strong planning organization and time management skills
Ability to follow procedures and work under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
High level of professionalism integrity and attention to detail
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in HVAC systems (Chilled Water VRV Hydronic Systems)
Ability to quickly learn and use project management systems
