Participate in onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the organization.
Conduct orientation sessions and provide resources to help new hires acclimate to the companys culture and policies.
Update the organization chart regularly and keep an accurate record for all company employees
Employee Engagement
Implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
Organize employee events and activities to promote teamwork and company culture.
Internal Communication
Assist in creating internal newsletters announcements and other communication materials to foster effective internal communication within the organization.
Performance Management
Support the implementation and administration of performance management systems.
Assist in coordinating performance reviews feedback sessions and performance improvement plans.
Learning & Development
Assist in training session facilitation.
Find external training vendors when needed.
Requirements
1 years of experience across Human resources functions
Strong understanding of performance management L&D and organizational development.
Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Advanced level of English
