ملخص الوظيفة
- Maintain full knowledge of assigned project status and deliverables.
- Assist in field surveys to gather essential project data.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Junior Technical Engineers.
- Prepare and manage schematic drawings construction drawings construction documents and finishing schedules for review by the Technical Team Leader.
- Follow up on construction document production and ensure accuracy before submission.
- Review and approve the work of Junior Technical Engineers before escalation to the Technical Team Leader.
- Prepare brief reports on project progress and status updates.
- Support the Technical Team Leader in handling multiple project functions at various stages.
- Attend meetings with internal teams consultants and stakeholders when necessary.
- Coordinate with MEP & Structural Consultants to ensure proper integration of technical components.
- Update Junior Technical Engineers on MEP & Structural changes.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with project plans.
- Document and maintain minutes of meetings for project follow-ups.
- Be responsible for the preparation and revision of Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Ensure all technical documents and drawings comply with company and industry standards.
- Remain on-call and available when needed to support urgent project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 57 years of experience in technical engineering construction drawings and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other design software.
- Strong understanding of construction documents BOQ preparation materials and finishing schedules.
- Experience in coordinating with MEP & Structural consultants.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to conduct field visits and site inspections.
- Ability to attend meetings and provide technical reports.
- Flexibility to be on-call when required.
