Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
10 years total experience in software development
46 years in a technical leadership or development management role
Proven experience delivering enterprise-level systems (ERP HR CMS or similar)
Preferred
Experience managing in-house development teams
Background working with HR Payroll Attendance or ERP systems
