We are hiring a Social Media Operations Specialist to support our Sales Team in professionally managing social media accounts.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
* Set up and manage Facebook Instagram WhatsApp Business Meta and LinkedIn accounts.
* Handle account verification security access and troubleshooting.
* Monitor account health and reduce restrictions through platform-compliant practices.
* Support and train the Sales Team on professional social media usage.
* Stay updated with platform policies and account requirements.
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience with Meta WhatsApp Business Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn.
* Strong knowledge of account verification and troubleshooting.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Experience supporting Sales Teams is preferred.
