*About the Role*

We are looking for a proactive Social Media & Community Lead to join this role you will own our social presence create on-brand visual assets build relationships across online communities and turn social engagement into qualified business leads.

*Key Responsibilities*

* *Content Creation & Design:* Design visual assets graphics and short-form video content aligned with OurTeams brand guidelines.

* *Community Engagement:* Actively participate in social platforms forums and online spaces to spark conversations and build relationships with potential clients.

* *Lead Generation & Management:* Monitor channels for inbound business inquiries respond promptly and qualify potential leads to pass to our sales team.

* *Content Planning:* Plan schedule and execute a consistent weekly content calendar across all primary channels.

* *Performance Tracking:* Track engagement metrics lead conversions and community growth to refine our social strategy.

*Qualifications*

* *Experience:* 24 years managing social media channels and online communities for a B2B or B2C brand.

* *Design Skills:* Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop) or Canva with a strong eye for visual branding and layout.

* *Lead Qualification:* Experience identifying and nurturing prospective clients through social messaging and commentary.
