Senior IT Specialist

Sutherland is looking for a skilled and motivated Senior IT Specialist to join our team in New Cairo. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in networking hardware troubleshooting and technical support with the ability to maintain reliable IT infrastructure and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure and connectivity.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware software and technical support issues.

• Provide technical assistance to internal users and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment and systems.

• Monitor network performance and support infrastructure reliability.

• Identify root causes of technical problems and implement effective solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of technical issues troubleshooting steps and resolutions.

• Follow IT procedures security standards and operational policies.

Qualifications :

Requirements

• 23 years of experience in networking and hardware support.
• Bachelors degree

• Strong knowledge of networking hardware troubleshooting and technical support.

• CCNA MCSE or MCSA certification is mandatory.

• Hands-on experience in network configuration maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
