- Act as a Team / Tower Lead managing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery
- Serve as a client-facing point of contact maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational performance
- Drive cost control and operational efficiency initiatives
- Lead and manage team activities including task allocation and performance follow-up
- Provide regular reporting on performance risks and improvements
- Identify issues proactively and ensure effective problem-solving and conflict resolution
- 35 years of experience in operations leadership or service delivery roles
- Fluency in German and English (mandatory)
- Strong team management / operational leadership experience
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies
- Excellent communication presentation and reporting skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Engagement Level Certification is a plus
- Exposure to architecture concepts is a plus
- Knowledge of automation tools or technologies is a plus
