Network Pre-Sales Team Leader – ICT & Data Center Solutions

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Network Pre-Sales Team Leader to join the Data Center Business Unit (DCBU) lead the Pre-Sales Engineering team and oversee the development of competitive technical solutions for ICT projects.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in network infrastructure technical proposals and solution design combined with proven leadership capabilities and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Lead supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Pre-Sales Engineering team.
• Review technical deliverables to ensure accuracy quality compliance and timely submission.
• Coach and mentor Pre-Sales Engineers identifying training and development needs.
• Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement of pre-sales processes.
• Escalate complex technical challenges to the Solution Architect when required.

• Develop and review Network and ICT solutions based on customer requirements and project specifications.
• Oversee network solution designs covering routing switching wireless networks and network security where applicable.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with technical specifications customer expectations and project requirements.
• Review alternative technical solutions and identify opportunities for value engineering.
• Support technical discussions customer meetings and site surveys.

• Manage and review RFI/RFP responses technical proposals Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimations.
• Oversee the preparation of technical compliance matrices and solution documentation.
• Ensure technical submissions comply with customer requirements and tender specifications.
• Monitor tender progress client clarifications and submission deadlines.
• Coordinate BOQ preparation and costing activities with the Pre-Sales Engineering team.

• Collaborate with Sales Engineering Procurement Finance and other departments to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and suppliers to validate technical solutions and obtain commercial and technical information.
• Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions to clarify requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Coordinate the technical handover of awarded projects to the project delivery team.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 710 years of relevant experience in pre-sales or technical roles within the ICT industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or Team Leader position.
• Strong knowledge of networking structured cabling and related ICT infrastructure solutions.
• Experience in network solution design including routing switching wireless and network security.
• Good commercial awareness with hands-on experience in BOQs cost estimations technical proposals and tendering processes.
• Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design tools.
• Very good command of English both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct customer visits technical meetings and site surveys.
• Willingness to travel when required.
