Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Acts as the strategic commercial link connecting Global Category Strategies with MEA Regional Business Needs. The role is directly accountable for end-to-end raw material sourcing spanning critical commodity portfolios including Dairy Cereals Fats & Oils (F&O) and Sugar to safeguard operational continuity and maximize value across 6 manufacturing sites.
Grounded in Mars Five Principles this role balances Quality Service Cost and Supply Chain Resilience proactively mitigating geopolitical and supply risks while driving sustainability and supplier innovation enabling MEA growth ambition.
Execute Sourcing Strategy:Leveraging market and spend intelligence lead strategic sourcing events evaluate supplier proposals and prepare business award recommendations to activate category strategies.
Negotiate & Contract for Value:In partnership with the cost modeling team conduct comprehensive analysis to inform negotiation strategies lead supplier negotiations and manage end-to-end legal contracting to maximize value.
Operational & Supplier Management:Maintain operational contracts (e.g. in SAP) for accurate pricing and engage in supplier relationship management as defined by segmentation.
