Marketing Senior Specialist

Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of the UAEs leading companies in the fitness and wellness industry. We are looking for a creative strategic and results-driven Marketing Senior Specialist to join a dynamic team and play a key role in driving brand awareness lead generation and business growth across the region.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a market leader developing impactful B2B marketing strategies that support sales strengthen the brand and expand market presence across Egypt and the GCC.

• Develop and execute annual B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan manage and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Generate qualified B2B leads through digital marketing email campaigns events webinars and strategic partnerships.
• Create compelling marketing content including brochures presentations case studies landing pages email campaigns and sales collateral.
• Manage and optimize the company website ensuring strong SEO performance and user experience.
• Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads Meta and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
• Organize and coordinate exhibitions fitness events conferences and corporate activations.
• Manage the companys social media presence and content strategy.
• Track campaign performance analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Coordinate with external agencies designers photographers and content creators.
• Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
• 47 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Previous experience in the fitness wellness healthcare sports hospitality or lifestyle industries is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing lead generation branding and campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
