IT Support Technician, Ops Tech Solutions Delivery

As an IT Support Associate at Amazon you will be responsible for delivering end-user support infrastructure management and audiovisual assistance for the Egypt Amazon Fulfillment Center. Your work will enable our teams to stay focused on what they do best. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team leverage in-house AI tools and AWS technology and grow through continuous learning.

What Youll Do
Promptly research resolve and respond to user requests ensuring high-quality support.
Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user computing issues from analysis to testing and follow-up.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to process support requests incidents and project activities.
Assist with triage and escalation of server system or network issues.
Manage accurate inventory of Amazon-owned equipment.

- 1 years of corporate setting Windows Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
- Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers troubleshooting thin clients PCs scanners and portable handheld terminals

- CompTIA A CompTIA Network Cisco/CCNA Linux (Redhat) Microsoft hardware (installation) AWS or other industry relevant certifications
- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
