Human Resources Manager

Potential HR is hiring on behalf of one of its clients a well-established company operating in the Food Manufacturing Bakeries & Sweets Production and Retail sectors for an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop the HR function across its factory branches and administrative functions.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations while supporting the development of HR systems policies organizational structure workforce planning performance management and employee development.

• Lead the implementation of the HR strategy and HR development action plan.
• Manage recruitment priorities manpower planning and critical vacancy closure across production branches and support functions.
• Oversee personnel payroll attendance social insurance employee records contracts leaves and HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law Social Insurance regulations and internal HR policies.
• Support the development and maintenance of organizational structures job descriptions reporting lines and workforce plans.
• Manage KPIs performance management employee evaluation and training activities.
• Handle employee relations disciplinary matters grievances investigations and workplace issues.
• Follow up on HR matters across the factory branches and operational teams.
• Develop and improve HR policies procedures forms records and documentation.
• Monitor HR KPIs including turnover absenteeism recruitment effectiveness manpower status and other workforce indicators.
• Prepare periodic HR reports highlighting progress risks workforce status and required management decisions.
• Coordinate closely with top management and department heads across Production Quality Finance Supply Chain Sales and other functions.
• Lead supervise and develop the HR team.
• Support the implementation and improvement of HR payroll attendance and recruitment systems.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Commerce or a related field.
• 710 years of progressive HR experience.
• Solid experience in an HR management or HR leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience across Personnel Payroll Recruitment HR Operations and Organizational Development.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law Social Insurance personnel procedures and payroll practices.
• Experience in organizational structures job descriptions KPIs performance management and HR reporting.
• Experience managing both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
• Experience dealing with factories branches operational teams or multi-site environments.
• Good knowledge of HRIS attendance systems ATS and recruitment tools.
• Strong leadership communication problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Very good command of English.
• HR Diploma is a MUST.
• Previous experience in Food Manufacturing FMCG Manufacturing Retail Hospitality or similar operational environments is highly preferred.
