Talent 360 is now hiring HR Generalist to join us :
Job Scope
- Assist with all internal and external HRrelated matters.
- Responsible for Recruitment requests.
- Responsible for employee relations tasks.
- Assist in Organization Development tasks.
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Manage the organization s employee database and prepare reports.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of Experience in the Human Recourses field.
- Bachelors degree in business or related field.
- Previous experience in Recruitment is a must
- Basic understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
Work Conditions:
- Working hours: from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM OR from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
- Fridays & Saturdays are off
- Location: Cairo
