* Develop and execute annual marketing plans
* Lead brand positioning and communication strategy
* Drive customer acquisition retention and loyalty
* Oversee digital marketing and e-commerce campaigns
* Manage agencies and creative teams

Requirements
* Minimum 10 years in marketing preferably in fashion/retail/FMCG
* Strong B2C marketing background
* Experience in brand building and digital marketing
* Experience managing teams and agencies
* Strong analytical and creative skills
