Job Description & Summary

We are seeking Associates and Senior Associates Atlassian Engineers to join our growing this role you will play a key part in designing implementing and supporting Atlassian solutions primarily Jira Jira Service Management (JSM) and Confluence with a strong focus on ITSM implementations automation and cloud transformation.
You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable secure and businessaligned Atlassian solutions. The role sits within the Cloud Service Delivery function based in Cairo collaborating with delivery teams and client transformation programs across the PwC Global Network including Germany UK and the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
As an Atlassian Engineer you will:
Design implement and support Atlassian Cloud and Data Center solutions with a strong emphasis on Jira Service Management (ITSM) use cases
Lead and contribute to ITSM implementations in JSM including incident problem change request and asset management
Configure and manage Jira projects and workflows
Manage and optimize Confluence spaces templates permissions and knowledgebase structures
Implement and maintain Assets / Insight (CMDB) configurations and integrations
Develop and maintain automations scripts and APIbased integrations with thirdparty systems
Perform and support largescale cloud migrations for Jira and Confluence including premigration assessments and postmigration optimization
Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to performance security integrations and user experience
Support daily operational tickets and service requests ensuring adherence to best practices and Atlassian standards
Collaborate closely with other engineers developers architects and project managers across global teams
Contribute to continuous improvement documentation and knowledge sharing within the Atlassian practice
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field
2 years of experience in application technical support Atlassian administration or Atlassian development (additional experience expected for Senior Associates)
Strong handson experience with Jira Jira Service Management and Confluence
Proven experience implementing ITSM solutions in JSM
Experience working with Assets / Insight APIs and advanced automations
Handson experience with cloud migrations including DCtoCloud and CloudtoCloud
Experience with Atlassian REST APIs Forge and scripting/automation tools
Solid understanding of IT service management (ITIL concepts) and Agile methodologies
Strong communication stakeholdermanagement and problemsolving skills
Professional proficiency in English
Desirable Qualifications
Atlassian Certification such as:
ACP620 (Managing Jira Cloud Projects)
ACP120 (Atlassian Certified Professional: Jira Administration for Cloud)
Experience working in large enterprise or global delivery environments
Exposure to enterprise integrations reporting and governance models
Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps and plugin development
