ملخص الوظيفة

Job Summary

We are looking for a Cloud & Systems Administrator to work on a dedicated basis with one of our outsourcing

partners enterprise clients. The role involves managing and maintaining the Clients server infrastructure directory

services and hybrid/cloud environments ensuring the stability security and availability of enterprise systems

Required Skills

Technical Skills

Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policy and ADFS.

Experience managing Microsoft Exchange environments.

Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.

Experience with SQL Server administration and backup/recovery.

Knowledge of PKI and Certificate Services.

Experience with WSUS and patch management.

Good Linux administration skills (Ubuntu and Red Hat).

Experience with virtualization platforms.

Familiarity with Dell servers and storage infrastructure.

Understanding of cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments.

Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure operating systems and enterprise services.

Soft Skills

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical thinking.

Strong documentation and communication skills (Arabic and English).

Ability to prioritize multiple incidents.

Customer-oriented mindset.

Ability to work effectively in a remote support model.

Ability to balance Client requirements with the outsourcing companys internal processes

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

46 years of experience in systems administration.

Microsoft certifications (Windows Server Azure Microsoft 365) are preferred.

Red Hat or Linux certification is a plus.

Additional Notes Outsourcing Model

Availability to work on a shift basis may be required depending on the Clients operational needs.

Signing a Client-specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required in addition to the contract with the

outsourcing company.

Performance is evaluated jointly and periodically by both the outsourcing company and the Client
