Call Center Agent (US-Account)

Jadeer is hiring a Call Center Agent on behalf of one of our clients based in Heliopolis Cairo Egypt.

Our client is an international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company established in 2017 with operations in the United States Egypt and Kosovo. The company specializes in customer service sales technical support and back-office solutions helping businesses enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts transactions payment plans and technical issues.

• Resolve customer complaints while maintaining high service quality standards.

• Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM systems.

• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and follow up to ensure resolution.

• Meet assigned performance targets and KPIs including call quality customer satisfaction and resolution rates.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products services and policies.

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and service delivery.

• English proficiency at C1 level is mandatory with excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic.

• 12 years of experience in customer service call center or contact center roles is preferred.

• Experience in fintech banking or e-commerce is an advantage.

• Graduates undergraduates and gap-year candidates may apply subject to schedule availability.

• Strong communication problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer proficiency; experience with CRM systems is preferred.

• Ability to handle high call volumes and work efficiently under pressure.

• Willingness to work fully on-site in Heliopolis Cairo.

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays when required.

• Location: Heliopolis Cairo Egypt.
