AI Content & Video Producer

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage paid acquisition campaigns and continuously improve the relationship between media spend traffic quality conversion and revenue.
The Performance Marketing Specialist manages and optimizes our paid digital acquisition campaigns initially focused on Google Ads and Meta Ads with future expansion into additional channels as the business scales. This is a hands-on role combining paid media data analysis conversion optimization creative testing and e-commerce growth.

Qualifications :

• Hands-on proven experience in media production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Ability to create mood boards and develop visual concepts.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and content narrative.
• Strong understanding of composition framing lighting color theory and color grading for photography and videography.
• 2 years of experience in content creation video production creative design or a related
• field.
• Strong understanding of AI image and video generation tools.
• Ability to write professional prompts in both Arabic and English.
• Experience creating AI-generated human characters and maintaining visual consistency.
• Experience producing short-form video content for social media platforms.
• Familiarity with voice generation video editing and creative storytelling.
• Strong creative thinking attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely
• Experience with tools such as:
  ChatGPT Midjourney Flux Runway Veo Kling Hailuo Leonardo AI ElevenLabs CapCut Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create AI-generated videos for Instagram Reels TikTok YouTube Shorts and advertising campaigns.
• Generate realistic lifestyle images featuring Saudi homes families and female characters.
• Develop consistent AI characters and storytelling concepts across multiple content series.
• Create product-focused visualizations mockups and promotional creatives.
• Produce complete video content including scripting prompting voiceovers editing and final delivery.
• Create visual assets for social media website banners landing pages and paid advertising.
• Research test and implement new AI tools workflows and creative technologies.
• Collaborate with the Art Director and Marketing Manager to execute content and campaign strategies.
• Ensure all content aligns with our brands guidelines and creative standards.
