AI & Automation Engineer

We are looking for a proactive AI & Automation Engineer to join our team focused on building deploying and supporting enterprise AI and conversational this role you will develop intelligent virtual agents integrate them with enterprise systems and deploy solutions across Microsoft Power Platform and Azure environments. You will contribute across the full solution lifecycle from development and infrastructure configuration to testing deployment troubleshooting and production support.

• Develop Conversational AI Solutions: Build and maintain intelligent chat and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Platform and related technologies.
• Build Enterprise Integrations: Integrate solutions with ServiceNow/ITSM APIs databases and other enterprise systems using REST APIs JSON authentication webhooks and custom connectors.
• Deploy AI Solutions: Configure and deploy AI solutions across Azure and client environments including environment setup networking identity and application configuration.
• CI/CD & ALM: Maintain deployment pipelines source control environment variables connection references and solution lifecycle across DEV QA UAT and Production.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform functional and integration testing and resolve complex application deployment and integration issues.
• Production Support: Provide technical support for releases upgrades deployment issues and complex L3 incidents.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Maintain technical documentation deployment guides and knowledge-transfer materials.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• 1 years of experience in software engineering cloud automation or AI solutions.
• Outstanding English communication both verbal and non-verbal.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud application deployments.
• Good understanding of REST APIs JSON authentication and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with scripting/programming using JavaScript Python PowerShell or similar technologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD Git GitHub/GitLab and application lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within international cross-functional teams.
