Recruitment Section Head

Job Description

• Responsible for updating, controlling and maintaining Man Power Plan.
• Create, maintain and update all company’s job descriptions.
• Responsible for all recruitment activities, from posting vacancies, to screening CV's, conducting interviews, shortlisting candidate’s profiles and hiring & Selection process.
• Discuss and establish qualification requirements of employment with hiring managers.
• Perform reference and background checks.
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
• Responsible for company employer branding activities.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Manage onboarding and new hire process.
• Responsible for the company’s talent programs including temp Employees and internship programs.
• Ensure maintaining connections with various recruitment resources (agencies, educational institutes, etc...) while giving the priority to our internal resources.
• Conducting exit interviews and follow-up on exit procedures for employees leaving the company.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor Degree of Commerce
• Skills: Team player, Good communication skills, Fluent English, Client
• Leadership, Strong background in sourcing
