Contract Specialist

Job Description

• Handling new Client's requests.
• Developing and preparing effective Financial and Technical proposal.
• Drafting, reviewing and editing contracts between Premier and Clients.
• Researching current regulations to guarantee that the contracts are updated and in compliance with the relevant laws.
• Negotiating the contract's (Terms & Conditions) with Clients.
• Following & Finalizing the contracts renewal process.
• Finalizing, signing and archiving the new client's contracts.
• Participating in fulfilling the tenders' RFQ,RFI and any other related requirements.
• Handling the client's received -Questionnaires , Surveys & RFI within the requested deadline.

Job Requirements

II.Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree of Law/English department (is a must)
• 2-4 Years of Experience in similar role.
• Excellent in both English & Arabic Languages.
