Assistant Brand Manager

Job Description

• Monitoring and reporting periodic data from the market relevant to market trends and trade channels.
• Market intelligence including competitive monitoring related to brand, prices and campaigns.
• Analyzing data to report on brand growth, market size and market share.
• Branding guidelines and communication on pack along with media support and budget breakdown.
• Work closely with the trade marketing team in order to check the trade related activities in the market and their impact on the customer and the consumer end.
• To follow up on the sales force achievements volume and value, that have to follow the consumer of take levels from outlets by regular trade visits to address the accurate outlook of the market and the brand growth.
• Working on the growth of the brand equity and improve the identity
• To participate and implement the development of creative root/strategy and positioning.
• Setting and monitoring the needed CPS for all the activities by time frame this applies for both internal and external functions.
• To follow up and handle all the brand activities/financials including budgets and contribution margins by brand.
• To assist, contribute in the development and implementation in the market plan for the selected brands and be a part of the tools to achieve the targeted market share/profit objectives.
• To make sure that all marketing activities are directly towards the elevation of the consumer brand equity growth.
• Support the Brand Manager to introduce new products in the market.
• Provide necessary assistance to the Brand Manager in all activities pertaining to brand building.

Job Requirements

• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Pharmacy Bachelor’s degree
• Vet ,science Bachelor’s degree
