Human Resources Manager Angola
Job Summary
Robert Bosch Angola is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support the business in operationalising the business strategy through engagements with business units and implementing sound Human Resources (HR) practices and to be responsible for end-to-end Human Resources functions. Duties will include but will not be limited to the following:
Administration
- Responsible for the coordination and control of annual workforce planning
- Localising drafting and implementing Angolan Office policies and procedures for the Human Resources function
- Support with organisational design review and effectiveness in consultation with business leaders
- Identify HR needs in various business units and support with solutions
- Oversee the onboarding and probation processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and data
- PC alignment - Africa
Employee Relations
- Act as culture and change champion in leading employee engagement initiatives
- Lead and support with Employee Relations and Internal Relations matters
- Act as trusted advisor and coach to the leadership team
- Expatriate contract and relationship management
- Take the lead on talent management processes
- Support leaders in the performance management cycle
Payroll
- Coordinate divisional annual increments
- Maintaining salary structures (Salary Bands Job Positions Job Grades).
- Monthly processing of Payroll inputs and checking
- Respond to payroll queries from staff and management
- Reconcile payroll reports
Qualifications :
Education
- Completed Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in HR or related field
Experience
- 7 to 10 years HRBP experience in a similar role and multinational environment
- Applied knowledge of local labour legislation
- Ability to build networks
