Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Luanda this pivotal role you will be responsible for driving revenue growth building a high-performing sales team and establishing strong market presence in the region. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on sales expertise to capitalize on market opportunities and deliver exceptional results.

  • Lead mentor and develop a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and organizational objectives
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions in Angola
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics KPIs and forecasts to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and market positioning strategies
  • Manage sales budgets resources and expenses while optimizing return on investment
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports forecasts and performance reviews to senior management
  • Customize sales approaches and solutions to meet the unique needs of the Angolan market
  • Recruit train and evaluate sales personnel to build a capable and motivated team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales analytics tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
  • Solid understanding of budget management and financial acumen
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable
  • Experience in emerging markets or the Angola region is preferred
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in competitive environments
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset and strong time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and drive organizational change
