We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accommodation Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad this role you will oversee the daily operations of our accommodation facilities ensuring high-quality service and a positive experience for our guests.
- Manage and supervise the accommodation team providing leadership training and support
- Oversee room preparation maintenance and cleanliness to maintain quality standards
- Coordinate staff schedules and assignments to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate supplies
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and best practices in accommodation areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy maintenance and guest feedback
- Continuously improve accommodation services based on guest feedback and industry trends
- Ensure compliance with local hospitality regulations and standards
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in hospitality or accommodation management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in inventory management and staff scheduling
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in accommodation operations
- Familiarity with property management systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
