About Calo
Calo is an app providing personalized meal plans for busy people through nutritional algorithms built with love by chefs nutritionists and software engineers.
Launched in Bahrain in 2019 we have since expanded to 6 countries delivered millions of meals to our customers and launched our very own Grab & Go Cafe concepts.

Role Overview
As Calos Community Marketing Specialist youll build and grow local relationships to boost brand awareness and drive engagement. Youll manage affiliates and ambassadors activate local events and secure wellness-focused partnerships to position Calo as the go-to healthy meal solution in Kuwait.
Main Responsibilities
Influencer & Ambassador Management
- Identify and manage influencers of all sizes to promote Calo across digital platforms
- Guide content creation ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand values
Affiliate Program
- Onboard and support affiliates while tracking performance and optimizing for ROI
Events & On-Ground Activations
- Plan and execute pop-ups tastings and wellness events to boost community engagement
- Collaborate with fitness and wellness venues for joint activations
Community Engagement
- Represent Calo at local events and build strong ties with health-focused communities
Strategic Partnerships
- Build partnerships with gyms clinics and health brands to expand reach
- Negotiate co-branded deals and maintain ongoing partner relationships
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign metrics and provide regular reports to guide strategy
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
- 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing events community management or influencer marketing
- Experience in wellness fitness or food industries is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
Knowledge and Competency
- Confident outreach and partnership building
- Event planning and execution experience
- Familiar with affiliate and influencer tracking tools
- Strong understanding of Kuwaits wellness market
