We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing & Design Specialist who combines creativity with analytical expertise. This role focuses on managing digital campaigns creating compelling visuals and enhancing user experiences while ensuring measurable business results.
Plan execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
Manage and build email campaigns in Klaviyo including flows segmentation and A/B testing.
Design marketing assets such as ads emails social media graphics and landing pages.
Develop and refine wireframes and prototypes in Figma to improve customer experience.
Collaborate with external partners to align marketing strategies and maintain brand consistency.
Monitor analyze and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
3 years of experience in digital marketing ideally within e-commerce or consumer brands.
Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with a track record of optimization.
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo email marketing.
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite Canva or similar).
Strong UI/UX and prototyping skills in Figma.
Ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision-making.
Experience working independently and collaboratively with agencies.
