About this job:
QSourcing Tanzania Limited is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania Uganda Kenya Rwanda and South Sudan.
On behalf of our Tanzania based client we are looking for a competent and experienced Vehicle Adjustment Technician
POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION:

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Vehicle Adjustment Technician is responsible for calibrating adjusting and inspecting vehicles to meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards. This role includes testing diagnostics quality signoff and rework support to ensure optimal vehicle performance and compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Driving Skills
Technical Expertise
Solid knowledge of vehicle systems: mechanical electrical suspension and electronics.
Familiarity with vehicle diagnostic tools and adjustment equipment.
Problem Solving & Attention to Detail
Strong problemsolving skills and keen attention to detail to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Documentation & Interpretation Skills
Ability to read and interpret vehicle manuals blueprints and inspection sheets accurately.
Work Efficiency & Adaptability
Capable of working under pressure and meeting production targets while maintaining quality.
Educational Background
Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Engineering Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
Training & Certification
VETA certification or technical training in vehicle diagnostics and assembly.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 2 years in automotive diagnostics vehicle assembly or technical service center experience.
Experience with commercial vehicles pickups or buses is a plus.
ADDED ADVANTAGE:
Good verbal and written communication skills in both Swahili and English.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating Bunching 630, Lead Machine, Mica Tapping, and Pairing machines. Understanding of cable insulation, wiring, and electrical standards. Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance knowledge. Soft Skills: Attention to detail and quality control. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
