Join a leading Fintech company as a Fullstack Team Lead and drive innovation in a dynamic environment! If you have a strong background in and are ready to lead a small but talented team this role could be your next big step.
As a Fullstack Team Lead youll combine leadership with handson development dedicating about 60% of your time to guiding and mentoring a team of three developers and one QA while spending the remaining 40% on coding. Your expertise in is crucial and experience with React or Angular will give you an edge. Additionally while you dont need to be a C# expert a willingness to work with legacy code is important. Strong communication skills and the ability to drive execution with clarity are key to success in this role.
The position offers a balanced work setup with four days in the Herzliya office and one remote day per week. While fintech experience is not required your leadership will significantly impact the product and team growth. This is an exciting chance to be part of a collaborative team where your contributions are valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 developers and 1 QA focusing on both leadership and handson development.
- Drive backend development with ; experience with React or Angular is a plus.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and work with legacy C# code when necessary.
