Job Title:

Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR / BDR) Remote US Hours (Philippines/India Preferred)

Job Summary

We are hiring a fulltime remote Outbound SDR/BDR to drive topoffunnel pipeline through highvolume outbound prospecting. This position is aligned with U.S. business hours meaning youll work night shifts in your local timezone (Philippines or India preferred). You will reach senior IT decisionmakers and book qualified meetings for our sales executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 500 outbound calls/day using Close CRMs power dialer which automates call connections for efficiency

  • Send 400 targeted cold emails/day via Close Sequences and Bulk Emails

  • Book baseline of58 qualified meetings/week with CIOs IT VPs IT Directors and Senior Managers and other decisionmakers

  • Personalize outreach using LinkedIn automation and ChatGPT

  • Update lead records and track engagement activities in

  • Maintain accurate lead status call outcomes and meeting details in .

  • Use Hubstaff to log time and ensure shift alignment

  • Attend daily team checkins via Microsoft Teams and weekly progress meetings

  • Collaborate with sales leadership on messaging strategy and targeting

  • Meet or exceed weekly KPIs and contribute to sales pipeline growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in outbound SDR BDR or cold calling roles (B2B preferred)

  • Fluent English speaker with confident phone communication and minimal accent

  • Experience with Close CRM HubSpot or other sales tools (or ability to learn fast)

  • Comfortable working night shift/fulltime remotely

  • Familiarity and experience with timetracking tools such as Hubstaff

  • Strong organizational and selfstarting skills strong time management and attention to detail

  • Techsavvy especially with AI tools like ChatGPT or Notion

  • Reliable highspeed internet (minimum 10 Mbps) quiet work environment webcam

Preferred Location

Applicants from the Philippines or India are strongly encouraged to apply due to their alignment with the required working hours and their cultural familiarity with U.S. IT buyers.

Compensation & Perks

  • Trial Day: $20 for a paid 4hour shift

  • Base Salary: Starts at $600/month with potential to reach $1200/month through performance

  • Bonus Structure:

    • $10 per qualified meeting beyond baseline

    • $25 per converted discovery/pilot meeting

    • $100$200 for reaching 2030 meetings per month

    • Monthly top performer recognition bonus

  • Growth path to Account Executive or Team Lead roles within 1824 months

  • Ongoing training and mentorship including sales playbooks CRM automation and AI tool usage
