A well reputed company is seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialist to join our growing team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This is a fulltime position offering an exciting opportunity to manage and expand our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be a passionate social media enthusiast with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies. They will be responsible for creating engaging content building online communities and analysing performance metrics to achieve our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
* Create engaging written and visual content tailored for various social media platforms.
* Manage and monitor social media accounts across multiple platforms.
* Build and nurture online communities engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.
* Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
* Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends and best practices.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
* Research and identify target audiences on different social media platforms.
* Develop and manage social media content calendars.
* Report on social media performance and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
* Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
* Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
* Strong analytical skills and datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
