Job Summary
A leading company in the digital commerce and services industry based in New Cairo Cairo Egypt and is recognized for its commitment to excellence innovation and customercentric solutions. They are seeking a dynamic strategic & creative Marketing Director to lead their ecommerce and digital marketing initiatives focusing on driving brand growth customer acquisition and operational excellence across the GCC region.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with business goals for the GCC market.
- Manage product listings and storefronts to enhance product visibility pricing competitiveness and customer conversion rates.
- Lead integrated digital marketing initiatives across SEO SEM email marketing and social media channels.
- Develop culturally resonant content and localized marketing campaigns tailored to diverse GCC audiences.
- Harness data intelligence to identify growth opportunities and enhance operational efficiencies across marketing logistics and customer service.
- Define monitor and optimize KPIs to measure the effectiveness of ecommerce and digital marketing efforts.
- Oversee the development of persuasive marketspecific content that supports brand building and customer engagement.
- Conduct indepth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including logistics and customer service to create seamless customer experiences.
- Deliver actionable insights and reports on marketing and ecommerce performance to drive business decisions.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years as a Marketing Manager or in a senior marketing leadership role preferably with a strong ecommerce background and GCC market exposure.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in ecommerce strategy digital marketing and campaign management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager and HubSpot.
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM strategies and regional targeting across the GCC.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English preferred; familiarity with GCC regional dialects is a plus.
- Excellent leadership communication and crossfunctional collaboration abilities.
