We are currently partnering with a leading technology company to recruit an experienced Finance Director based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the financial integrity sustainability and strategic direction of the company within the region. As a key member of the executive team the Finance Director will oversee all financial operations drive financial strategy and contribute to the companys growth by providing critical insights and leadership in financial planning budgeting and risk management. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the financial future of a dynamic and rapidly growing organization in the technology sector.
What Youll be Doing
- Lead and oversee all financial operations including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
- Manage the financial strategy and work closely with executive leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and ensure robust financial controls are in place.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and global company policies.
- Provide leadership to the finance team fostering a highperformance culture and managing talent development.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business growth and improve financial performance.
Who You Are
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Extensive experience in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of financial strategy operations and Saudi compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and manage financial teams to deliver business objectives.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
