We are seeking a strategic and customerfocused Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the gotomarket strategy positioning and messaging for Payoneers commercial products encompassing all the ways our customers pay get paid and manage their business finances.
This role is critical in shaping how we communicate the value of Payoneers financial solutions ensuring clear differentiation and driving adoption and revenue growth. Youll work closely with product and GTM teams to develop compelling messaging enable sales and marketing teams and optimize adoption across key customer segments.
Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing this role requires a blend of strategic positioning executional excellence and customercentric thinking to ensure that Payoneers solutions resonate with businesses worldwide.
What youll be spending your time on
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop compelling positioning and messaging frameworks for Payoneers core commercial products ensuring clear differentiation and value communication.
- Align messaging across all touchpoints including sales materials website content campaigns and customer communications.
- Drive competitive intelligence efforts to understand the landscape positioning Payoneers products effectively against alternatives.
GotoMarket Strategy &
- Build and execute gotomarket strategies for new product launches and enhancements ensuring strong adoption and engagement.
- Partner with regional and GTM teams to localize strategies and ensure effective rollout across global markets.
- Work with customer success and retention teams to support lifecycle marketing efforts increasing engagement and longterm adoption.
Customer & Market Insights
- Collaborate with the research team to analyze customer insights competitive landscape and brand positioning.
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations that improve product adoption and GTM effectiveness.
Sales & GTM Enablement
- Develop product marketing materials including product onepagers playbooks and GTM toolkits to support sales marketing and regional teams.
- Ensure sales and GTM teams are equipped with clear messaging proof points and compelling narratives that highlight Payoneers value.
Is this you
- 8 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in product marketing ideally in FinTech SaaS or related industries.
- Proven experience in developing and executing GTM strategies driving product adoption and crafting messaging that resonates with diverse customer segments.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to translate complex products into clear compelling messaging.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to turn customer insights and competitive analysis into actionable strategies.
- Experience working crossfunctionally with Product GTM and regional teams to deliver measurable results.
- Selfstarter mentality with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced global environment.
