As we expand into Saudi Arabia we seek a Head of Debt Resolution to lead our operations and drive growth in the market.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Debt Resolution to establish and lead ClearGrids debt recovery and resolution strategy in KSA. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in collections debt restructuring and negotiations within the Saudi banking and fintech landscape. They will be responsible for managing a highperformance team ensuring compliance with SAMA regulations and driving revenue growth through innovative recovery strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & : Develop and execute ClearGrids debt resolution strategy for KSA ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all debt resolution activities comply with SAMA and local financial regulations implementing best practices for responsible collections.
- Operational Leadership: Build and manage a highperforming team including case managers negotiators and analysts to maximize recovery rates.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with banks fintechs legal teams and regulators to create effective partnerships and drive sustainable recovery solutions.
- Technology & AI Integration: Leverage ClearGrids AIdriven platform to enhance debt resolution efficiency and optimize borrower engagement.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics optimize collection strategies and continuously improve recovery processes.
- CustomerCentric Solutions: Implement borrower engagement strategies that focus on ethical and customerfriendly debt resolution approaches.
Requirements
- Experience: 7 years in debt collection restructuring or recovery preferably in banking fintech or collections agencies in KSA.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Saudi financial ecosystem including SAMA regulations local banking practices and debt recovery laws.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and scaling teams.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in highvalue debt negotiations and restructuring strategies.
- TechSavvy: Experience in leveraging AI analytics or digital tools in collections or financial services.
- Language: Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field (MBA preferred).
