User Growth Executive

EVO is our consumer-facing brand built to bring credit access to underserved consumers across Southeast Asia.

The User Growth team owns EVOs new-user pipeline the campaigns budgets and channel strategy that turn media spend into activated credit-worthy users. This role sits at the center of that engine: youll run acquisition across Meta Google TikTok ASA and DSPs working closely with brand and product to make sure every dollar spent both hits its KPI and reinforces where EVO is headed as a brand.

Youll thrive here if youre not content watching a dashboard you dig into why a campaign underperformed before anyone asks and youre comfortable proposing a new channel test the same week you spot the opportunity. You read market signals and user behavior as inputs to strategy not just as a report to file and youre willing to challenge the current channel mix or budget split when the data says its time.

User Acquisition & Campaign Execution

• Own and lead user acquisition strategy across Meta Google TikTok ASA and other DSPs (Applovin Ironsource Mintegral etc.)
• Plan and execute always-on and seasonal campaigns driving performance and budget efficiency across the full funnel
• Partner with brand and product teams to keep acquisition creative and targeting aligned with EVOs positioning and broader growth priorities

Performance & Optimization

• Track and synthesize campaign performance and budget allocation into clear action adjusting spend and targeting to hit KPIs
• Use MMP tools (AppsFlyer Firebase GA etc.) to read attribution data catch anomalies early and course-correct in near real-time
• Deliver regular reporting that leads with insight and next steps not just a numbers dump
  

Market Intelligence & Growth

• Mine market data and user behavior signals to shape acquisition strategy and surface new growth opportunities
• Stay ahead of fintech digital marketing and consumer behavior shifts turning what you learn into concrete campaign direction
• Build your own point of view on channel and platform trends rather than waiting for direction then bring it to the team

Experience & Background

• 35 years in performance or digital marketing ideally in fintech e-commerce or apps with large user bases
• Startup or tech background is a strong plus
• Proven ability to manage sizable acquisition budgets and deliver measurable results

• You use AI tools actively for research reporting and ideation crafting clear prompts and evaluating outputs critically before acting on them
• You take initiative without waiting to be directed you spot the gap propose the approach and start moving
• You connect signals across channels product and brand to shape a coherent growth strategy not just execute in a silo
• You treat every campaign as a learning loop self-directed in picking up new platforms formats and attribution methods as the landscape shifts

Skills & Competencies

• Business Owner Takes full ownership of acquisition budgets and KPIs making channel and spend calls without waiting for approval
• Domain Expert Builds a deep current view of paid media and attribution that others on the team can lean on
• AI Operator Keeps a close eye on attribution and campaign data so performance issues surface early not after budget is burned
• Strong command of Meta Ads Google Ads TikTok Ads and affiliate marketing platforms
• Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer Firebase Google Analytics or equivalent attribution tools
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written professional fluency required)
• High adaptability and comfort operating in fast-paced ambiguous environments
