[Thu Duc] Support Sales Executive

• Receive and handle quotation requests from clients; consult on relevant testing parameters based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate sample collection schedules with clients and internal teams to ensure timely sampling.
• Input and update sample-related information in internal CRM systems and/or client platforms as required.
• Receive respond to and support the resolution of customer complaints or feedback in a professional manner to ensure a positive customer service experience.

Qualifications :

• College or University degree in a relevant field (Biology Chemistry Food Technology Business Administration etc.).
• Experience in laboratory testing services or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication in English
• Strong communication skills adaptability and teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Attention to detail proactive attitude and a positive work ethic.
