Technical Program Manager, Asia Development Center
Job Summary
The Hardware Technical Program Manager will lead internal inter-disciplinary teams through the product execution phase process. The candidate will work with oversea team to create the project plan including the schedule. You will work with the Product Manager to derive the product requirements and obtain executive approval. The Hardware Technical Program Manager will drive and motivate the cross-functional team to deliver the product(s) as per the agreed-to requirements and cross-functionally manage other internal team members. The Hardware Technical Program Manager will be responsible for the coordination and provide the assistance on planning of all engineering builds at the supplier and driving the configuration management deliverables to ensure the timely release of all assemblies to production.

- Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering Mechanical Computer Science or related equivalent work experience
- 3 years of technical program management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- 5 years of experience working directly with engineering teams
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Excellent oral and writing communication skills
- Hands on experience leading engineering and supplier solve technical issues
- Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills
- Masters degree in relevant discipline
- Proficient at creating and tracking complex development schedules managing issues and tracking bugs
- Experience managing the introduction of new technologies
- Solid understanding of product development process
- Strong understanding of technical requirements for technology integration
- Experience leading global engineering team
- PMP certified
