Technical Lead AI (Python)

• Lead and manage end-to-end AI/ML projects from requirement gathering planning execution delivery to post-deployment monitoring.
  
• Work closely with Data Scientists AI Engineers Developers and cross-functional teams to design and deliver AI solutions that meet business needs.
  
• Translate business requirements into clear technical plans project scopes timelines and deliverables.
  
• Oversee project progress manage risks and dependencies and ensure timely delivery within the agreed scope and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project objectives communicate updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Provide technical guidance and direction across AI/ML initiatives including Machine Learning Deep Learning NLP LLM and Computer Vision projects.
  
• Support the implementation of AI lifecycle best practices including data collection model training evaluation deployment and monitoring.
  
• Contribute to the improvement of AI delivery processes MLOps practices and data pipeline management.
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an AI Tech Lead AI Team Lead AI Solution Architect or in a similar leadership role.
  
• Hands-on experience working with AI/ML/Data projects is required.
  
• Strong understanding of AI concepts including Machine Learning Deep Learning NLP LLM and Computer Vision.
  
• Good knowledge of the AI project lifecycle including data collection training evaluation deployment and monitoring.
  
• Experience using project and development tools such as JIRA Confluence Git and CI/CD.
  
• Strong English communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
  
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP is a plus.
  
• PMP PMI-ACP or Scrum certification is a plus.
  
• Background in Data AI or Software Engineering is an advantage.
  
• Experience managing GenAI or LLM projects is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of MLOps and data pipelines is a plus.
