[Tay Ninh] Finance & Accounting Lead

On behalf of our client Sunbytes is looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to join a growing European manufacturing company in Tay Ninh.

This position will take ownership of the full Finance & Accounting function in Vietnam covering financial reporting accounting operations budgeting forecasting cash flow taxation audit compliance costing and business performance analysis. The role will work closely with the General Manager in Vietnam and the Managing Director in Europe while leading the local accounting team.

This is a highly hands-on position suitable for someone who desires working in an SME environment where the Finance Manager is expected not only to supervise and review but also to actively participate in day-to-day Finance & Accounting activities.

• Take overall responsibility for Finance & Accounting activities of the Vietnam entity ensuring accurate financial reporting compliance and strong financial controls.
  

• Manage accounting operations including Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable invoicing payroll cash management and financial transactions.
  

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process monitor financial performance and analyze variances against targets.
  

• Manage cash flow working capital profitability and financial risks
  

• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) taxation requirements statutory reporting internal policies and group requirements.
  

• Coordinate with external auditors and relevant authorities and take ownership of statutory and financial audits.
  

• Manage product costing inventory valuation and cost variance analysis
  

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations for investments projects pricing cost optimization and business decisions.
  

• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions including financing and loan-related activities.
  

• Support the improvement and optimization of ERP systems accounting processes reporting tools and internal controls.
  

• Act as the key Finance contact between the Vietnam operation and European headquarters.
  

• Lead coach and work closely with the local accounting team while remaining actively involved in operational Finance & Accounting tasks.
  

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Auditing Finance Economics or a related field.
  

• Minimum 7 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience
  

• Proven experience in budgeting forecasting cash flow management financial analysis and management reporting.
  

• Solid understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) taxation statutory reporting and local financial regulations.
  

• Experience with IFRS/group reporting is an advantage.
  

• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel including implementation optimization or key-user responsibilities.
  

• Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA CPA CMA or equivalent would be an advantage.
  

• Experience in manufacturing export-oriented multinational or FDI companies is strongly preferred particularly within European organizations.
  

• Fluent English is mandatory for direct communication with international management.
  

• Hands-on proactive and comfortable working in an SME environment.
  

• Fast concise detail-oriented and highly accountable.
  

• Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
  

• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with both local and international teams.
